Hebei Allland Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. is one of the leading companies in North China specializing in the manufacturing of longitudinally submerged-arc welded steel pipes (LSAW). Allland is situated in Zhifangtou industrial park of Cang County in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province with a total area of 60,000 square meters. It has a total investment of ¥50 million. The annual output capacity is 200,000 tons of steel pipes and 5,000 pieces of wind turbine tower. Allland has a staff of 214 workers, among whom more than 40 are technicians and engineers.
Allland is equipped with advanced manufacturing lines of submerged-arc welded steel pipes. It employs JCOE technology and specializes in the production of thick-wall and large-diameter LSAW steel pipes. Specifications vary from 406mm to 1422mm in outside diameter, from 3m to 12m in length, and from 8mm to 60mm in wall thickness. Performing standards subsume GB/T3091, GB/T9711.1, GB/ T9711.2, API 5L PSL1 and PSL2, etc. Besides, Allland distinguishes itself by the certificate of EN 10219, etc., which makes it one of the rare few manufactures in China that have qualifications to export to the EU countries. Usual materials are Q235, Q345, L175-L555, X42-X80, etc. Allland has its own inspecting center, which can satisfy all inspecting requirements of the customers.
Our products are widely used for pipelines for the transmission of petroleum, gas, water, etc. They are also applied in steel structure for building, mining, railway bridge, etc..Allland has its own anti-corrosion company, which is located in Cangzhou Development Zone, covering an area of 60,000 square meters, with three advanced steel pipe anti-corrosion production lines. Most anti-corrosion requirements can be satisfied, for instance monolayer (FBE), double fusion bonded epoxy powder (2FBE), double layer of polyethylene (2PE), three-layer polyethylene (3PE), etc.. Usual implementing standards are DIN30670, DIN30671, SY/T0413-2002, SY/T0135-2000, Q/CNPC38-2002, SY/T0457-2000. The annual production capacity of anti-corrosion pipes is 4,000,000 square meters.
